The aim of this site is to provide Lincolnshire Scouting with an easy to use, trackable and fully logged contact/support system. All communications sent via this site are logged for clarity.
The first step to using this site is to open a 'ticket' describing in as much detail what it is you require support with. This may be a problem with the Compass or Atlantic Data systems or issues with the data itself. Where it is one of the systems please provide as much information as you can on the steps to reproduce the problem, including URLs or email addresses or other information that will help us pin-point the resource you are having trouble with.
