Using the Service Desk
When you raise a ticket, please ensure that you select the best topic for the issue you are facing.
If you have signed up with a personal email address. That is fine, however you need to reference your scout email address in full in the ticket, so that we can help you.
This system is provided free of charge to Scouting and staffed by volunteers, please accept you may not get an immediate response to your ticket.
